| Jake Metzler joins Inovium as Chief Technical Officer

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Inovium Corp. - an innovative billing and payment Software-as-a-Service provider - today announced that Mr. Jake Metzler has joined the company as its Chief Technology Officer – a new position. Mr. Metzler is a former venture capitalist and business executive specializing in technology companies, with more than four decades of computer related product R&D, program management, consulting, strategic evaluation and executive management. For 8 years, Mr. Metzler has designed mainframe computers as well as computer peripherals, including the electronics of check readers for Burroughs Corp. He was a leading digital electronic engineer for five years in the Israeli military, and later became President/CEO at Computer Challenge and ImageBase Technologies. In 1990, Mr. Metzler joined Packard Bell as Sr. Vice President and CTO, and in 1999 he joined Argoquest Holdings, a venture Capital firm with more than 60 investments. He has been developing real estate projects in Southern California since 2002. Mr. Metzler has earned a B.Sc. EE from Cal-Poly, and a M.Sc. Computer Science, from USC.
